Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law, all subscription payments to Trader Daddy Pro LLC ("TraderMatrix") are final and non-refundable.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not refund or pro-rate the portion of the current billing period that has already been paid for. You keep full access to everything your plan includes until the end of that period.
Subscription payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing cycle and renew automatically until you cancel. We do not provide refunds, credits, or pro-rated refunds for:
- Partial billing periods or unused subscription time
- Monthly or annual renewal charges
- Failure to cancel before a subscription renews
- Accidental purchases or forgotten subscriptions
- Dissatisfaction with the service, or not using the service
- Changes to available features, content, pricing, or functionality
- Account suspension or termination for a violation of our Terms of Service
Annual subscriptions are charged in full for the applicable term and are non-refundable once charged.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time from your account settings, with no phone call and no email required. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, access continues until then, and your account is not deleted. If you cannot reach your account settings, email admin@tradermatrix.pro and we will cancel it for you.
Bundles
A bundle is one subscription carrying more than one product for one combined price, and it is not severable. You cannot cancel one product inside a bundle and keep the other, and we do not issue partial or pro-rata refunds for one product within a bundle. See Section 5.7 of the Terms of Service.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, or a charge after a cancellation was confirmed — email admin@tradermatrix.pro within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and correct a genuine billing error. That correction is not a general refund policy and does not extend to any of the situations listed above.
Before you subscribe
Review the features and pricing first. A free tier is available so you can evaluate the platform before paying for anything, and the price and billing cycle are shown at checkout before you confirm.
Disputes
If something looks wrong on your statement, contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer — most of what people dispute is a renewal we can explain or a billing error we can correct the same day. Filing a chargeback while a subscription is active may result in the account being suspended pending resolution.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your jurisdiction. Where such a law applies, it takes precedence over this policy.
