Open the tool →What it is
One stream of market headlines from five feeds: Benzinga, Nasdaq trading halts, SEC filings (8-Ks with a material item, offering documents), Federal Reserve releases and CNBC. Newest first, free for everyone.
How to read it
Each row shows its feed, its catalyst (M&A, offering, FDA, halt, macro and so on) and the tickers it names. A green tag means the story names a stock from this morning's Day Trading scan. Click a row for the full details; the original opens in a new tab because publishers do not allow their pages to be shown inside other sites.
Filtering
Narrow by feed, sector, catalyst or time window, or search a ticker. Members can also limit the stream to their watchlist or open positions. Pause freezes the list while you read; new headlines wait behind an "N new" button. Stocks without a sector on file show under Unclassified.
